This style of yoga releases deep set tension that may have built up over many years. It greatly increases flexibility and joint mobility.
Gentle Yoga Stretches is suitable for those with or without previous yoga experience. The session provides balance to todays fast moving way of life, it will allow you to deeply relax and experience meditative stillness, whilst removing tension and regulating energy flow.
Gentle Yoga Stretches has been devised and narrated by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher and writer. Sue is a course author for the British School of Yoga and a regular columnist for natural Health and the Yoga Magazine. Sue has been teaching yoga since 1995.
