Publisher's summary

Once Hollywood's darling, living in a luxurious villa and attending the glitziest parties, I found myself waking up alone, longing for something more than fleeting encounters. My life took an unexpected turn when I met Dr. Orion Beckett, a scientist with a vision that could revolutionize the world. Our attraction was immediate and palpable, our conversations were deep, our rendezvous passionate. My intrigue turned into fascination when I found out about his revolutionary research. What started as curiosity, ended up as my commitment to participate in his groundbreaking endeavor.

His lab was a strange new world, a place where our connection deepened, our chemistry heightened, and stolen kisses bloomed into full-blown romance. Amid the scientific paraphernalia and the watchful eyes of Simon Clarke and Kai Chen, our passion found its playground. But love wasn't the only thing growing between us. I was, quite literally, expecting. I was the first man to ever get pregnant, an extraordinary occurrence that ignited a media storm and upturned my life.

Every day was a battle - between public scrutiny and personal fears, between the external pressures and the physical tolls of pregnancy. Despite the brewing storm, Orion and I held onto each other, finding solace and strength in our shared journey towards parenthood. But when my health was jeopardized, everything came into perspective. I had to prioritize my health and our unborn child over everything else. It was then that we realized the depth of our love and the stakes we were willing to endure for each other. In our shared vulnerability, we found an emotional and intimate connection that transcended everything we had ever experienced. This was the love I was longing for, the connection that I had yearned for, found in the most unexpected of circumstances.

just barely okay

chapter 1 is very, very repetitive. when chapter 3 seems as if it is a different plot setup from chapters 1 & 2. & the remainder of the book comes across as a collection of loosely connected chapters. one thing is for certain, the plot doesn't always directly flow from one chapter to the next.

Poorly written

Probably most poorly written book I have ever listened too. Extremely redundant in saying the same things over and over and over. Story contradicted itself in numerous places. Seemed to be written by a very bad AI.
