A favorite short story of this year
Madeline Miller is one of my favorite writers. Como siempre, su narración es envolvente y profundamente conectada con las vivencias femeninas. Richly imagined, Exquisitely performed
Once again Madeline Miller deftly renders a character that will be etched into my mind with complete clarity for years to come. Ruth Wilson’s precise placement of Miller’s language breathes life into Galatea. Highly, highly recommended.

MM pinpointed what I always hated about Pygmalion but couldn’t articulate, then she gave him an ending befitting him. Well done. I can't wait to see what MM comes up with next!
