Publisher's summary

All he wanted was a little adventure and maybe to find a wife on Earth. What he got was a hell of a lot more than this alpha alien bargained for.

NYT best-selling author, Michelle M. Pillow, is back with a brand new sci-fi alien romance adventure.

Alpha male alien Edur (aka Frost Chaos) will do anything to escape his ice tundra of a home planet. He'll even convince his brothers to jump onboard a bride procurement spaceship bound for Earth...which to be honest he should have vetted a little better.

Galaxy Brides promises a land of untold beauties just waiting for strong alien men to come and abduct them away.

Galaxy Brides promises a lot of things they can't deliver.

Galaxy Brides should maybe not be in business.

Journalist Meg Taylor had no problem leaving her big city life behind to come home to care for her sick father, but she does miss the excitement of chasing a story. When rumors of a blue hockey player surface in her small town, she can't resist. But following Frost home will give her more story than she bargained for - dangerous mercenaries, spaceships, intrigue, and a sexy blue-skinned alien looking for more than a one night stand.

I loved it!

This story is part of the Qurilixen World Series, and the fifth novella in the Galaxy Alien Mail-Order Brides Series. This is a Series of interconnected stories. I like this Series. Edur (aka Frost Chaos) and Meg's story is fast-paced, fun, sexy, filled with adventure, and action. Kylie Stewart did a good job with the narration. This is a great addition to the Series, and I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listen to Snow, the next book in the Series!

book 5

A fun, out of this world romance. This is book 5 in Pillow's Galaxy Alien Mail Order Brides series and while I have not read / listened to the previous reads I wish that I had - that being said - I was still able to appreciate and enjoy the narration and the storyline of Frost. Our main characters of Frost and Meg both are dedicated to their families. A short, compact, exciting insta love alien romance that is sure to please!

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Action and Humor

Frost convinces his bothers to contract with the Galaxy Alien Mail Order Brides to travel to Earth hoping to find wives. When they arrive on Earth, Frost discovers that he cannot tolerate the pills that help change his blue skin to a more “human” color. He wants to return to his home. The only thing he has found that he likes is playing hockey, but even that has become impossible. Meg is a reporter who is at the hockey rink and sees the large handsome blue man and follows him when he leaves. When he sees her, he realizes that she makes him vibrate. Meg is fascinated with Frost. Unfortunately, Meg is not the only one who followed him home. Now he, Meg, his brother’s and Elle are on the run from the same organization that captured Ice when they arrived on Earth. How are they going to get away from them? This is an exciting action-packed adventure with danger, and lots of humor. Again, Kylie Stewart’s narration is entertaining and enjoyable.

Fun series.

The first three stories in this series are funny and whimsical. In stories 1-3 the heroes were never captured by the humans. In the second set of stories, the storylines are a bit darker. In this set of stories there is a nefarious human organization hunting down aliens and our three heroes have to run and hide from them as they try finding their brides. So, there is a lot more action going on in this set of stories.

It’s fun to see how the author managed to place three blue aliens on Earth and has them blend in. Wonder how this series ends.

Slap stick

I enjoy these little short stories so much. Michelle managed to make the same story line of aliens in search of brides and give them such fun twists and turns. Frost is all done and just wants to go home but being a blue hockey player caught more press and before he could disappear he’s found by the bad guys that had captured his brother to experiment on. A writer is caught in the cross hairs. Slapstick miscommunication keep you giggling and the adventure is just a fun story to listen to. The narrator does a great job. These aren’t long books so if you need a little escape you should give them a try!!

Another Great Addition to the Series

This was another great addition to the series. Once again we have the classic writing style of Michelle M. Pillow. The story is well written and entertaining. The narrator did a fabulous job of bringing the characters to life. We have another great collaboration between writing and narrating which makes this both a pleasure to read and listen to.

I received an ARC of this audiobook and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

MATCHMAKERS TO THE 👽

MATCHMAKERS to the alien races, promising brides from Earth willing to be abducted. Just one problem, earth knows nothing about this. I am enjoying this series.

To Short

I liked the book. The book should have been longer. The characters could have been expanded.
