Worth listening to a great many times. Easy to understand and follow and implement. A very generous gift. Puts the basics of happiness and spirituality in clear context.

Gina Lake is a pure conduit of wisdom. Some sections of her audio book were so revelatory, I played them two or three times. I feel like some ways I've looked at things have shifted...and for the better. This book opened up a space in my outlook that makes me feel more excited than ever to live to the fullest. And I felt like she was reading directly to me.
