    Most business or financial advice only looks at the data. Your revenue goes into the spreadsheet, and out come smart recommendations but without taking the human being running the business into consideration.

    This is not at all how I work with clients. In this episode I pull back the curtain and share what it's like to have me as your fractional CFO, partner and ally. What it looks like when financial precision is combined with a genuine understanding of human nature.

    One of the hardest things about being a business owner is the loneliness of it. When you work with me, you get a safe space to be completely authentic. To say "I am exhausted and I don't know what to do" and "the numbers scare me" and "I feel like I'm the bottleneck in my own business" all in the same conversation. And the best part, you don't have to offer lengthy explanations because as your fractional CFO I know already what's going on in your business.

    In my experience, something shifts, not just in the numbers on the spreadsheets also in the person at the helm of that business when you have someone who truly gets both, the numbers and the human behind it, in your corner.
