Great story and narration

This was the second book in BL Maxwell The Consortium vampire series I remember reading the first one and really liking it so was excited to read it ( well listen to it since it is audio). Alan Jeffries is a great narrator. I really like the way he voiced each of the characters and brought them to life. This book is about Leon a newly created Vamp and Benjamin an older vampire jaded and pessimistic about life and love. Benjamin is trying to track a rogue vamp Samuel who may or may not have a connection to Leon. The two MCs had a lot of chemistry and it was scorching hot to watch and you can tell straight from the start that they were going to be mates. I found Joel interesting, he was under Samuels's thrall, and hope we find more out about him. I really liked this book and can't wait for more in the future.

fantastic!

Loved the premise of this story!! Ben is a vampire and a tracker for the Consortium and is sent to find a rogue vampire. Leon is a newly turned vampire that Ben finds. Holy moly this was fantastic!! The evil one was truly evil, loved it! The story was well described, I felt the cold! Allen Jeffries does a good job with the narration, his distinct voices for the characters were good.

I loved this book. Allen Jeffries really brings this story to life and makes you love the characters even more. Benjamin Coulton is a vampire tracker for the Consortium. He is sent to Alaska to investigate a rogue vampire killing people. Bad weather interferes with this investigation. He finds a newborn vampire left for dead by the vampire he's tasked with looking for. Can Ben unravel the mystery and save his mate before the rogue kills them all?

Better Than The First

This book was even better than the first one in this trilogy. Following Ben & Leon on their quest to locate and contain Samuel was quite an adventure. I also appreciated the narrator's performance more in this one.

Vampires in Alaska!

This Second audible in this Vampire series was exciting! Allen Jeffries is a fantastic narrator for a vampire tale! I am so happy Ben got his own Romance! Well not just a Romance! He got a lot of trouble and action! The Alaska setting was the perfect backdrop for this adventure! Nothing is more exciting than a Vampire Battle in a snowstorm! Enjoy!
