Pretty good

I could tell the narrator was newer to narrating, but with some practice she could be really great. The story itself was ok. The sex was hot. It was a good short read.

Needs Polishing

This is a short story that needs a bit of work. I think the author has a good idea but needed to put a bit of polishing on it, maybe make it a bit longer so everything flowed better. It came across on the choppy side. I think with a bit more practice Erika Wilder has great potential to become an awesome erotica writer. Unlike a few other reviewers, I didn't have a problem with the virgin deciding to pop her cherry with three gorgeous firemen. I liked the "out of the box" thinking; it just needed a bit more to it. The narration by Lisa Young was okay. Her cadence seemed off from the beginning. She did alright with the voices, male and female, although I think with a bit of practice she could do better. Lisa has the potential to become an excellent narrator with more practice and maybe a bit more confidence in giving the characters their own voices and emotions. Overall, I did manage to finish this listen and would give another by either a chance.

Hot hot hot

This has a slow start but picks up a fiery pace to keep you listening. There were some parts that could be worked on but for a short story it was good and sexy listen.

Started slow and then moved very fast

This audiobook started out pretty slow, with a lot of time devoted to setting the scene, but then it charged forward very quickly...too quickly. It was hard for me to imagine a virgin suddenly going full on with three guys all at the same time filling every hole...even if they were sexy firemen. It was okay for erotica, but not much in plot. Also, I was not really impressed by the cougar mother contemplating getting into the action while her husband is away.

The narration was okay, but Ms. Young sounded a little hesitant, like she was trying hard not to stumble over any words while reading. She has a good voice, and I think with a little more practice she could be a great narrator.

Hot Firemen!

I enjoyed listening to this story and thinking about those firemen. The girl loses her virginity in a unique sexy way. I just wish it was a little longer.

I was given this audio book for free in return I offer my honest & unbiased review . This is a book of erotica , wall to wall sex . The narrator was doing an excellent & the story was flowing along until . a virgin threesome occurred , suddenly there were cocks everywhere & the woman was loving it . I was pleased this didn't happen until near the end of the book . I find it unusual that this virgin got "her cherry popped " in every orifice with a couple of guys she never new before the action started . I guess I meet the wrong type of virgins ...

This book is terrible! No storyline at all. She suddenly is screwing the whole firehouse!

Not much story, even for a novella............

I realize that a novella length book doesn't have much space for a deep plot. In Fox in the Firehouse, I could see the author trying to introduce a plot instead of just sticking to this being erotica. The author begins describing little side plots - Ashley's jerk of an ex-boyfriend, her mother, whose husband abandons her to work long-term assignments as a mercenary overseas, etc. - without going anywhere with them. It was almost as if the author wanted to add some story to the sex. The actual sex scenes were pretty well written and hot, but I was so unimpressed with the characters that I really just wanted them to end, so the book would end. I am a fan of well-written erotica, but this story missed the mark.

Lisa Young is a good choice for narrating 20 year-old Ashley, but my opinion of her performance is mixed. Her voice and pitch were well done, but she had disconcerting pauses at strange places in her narration. I would say that Young has the potential to be a good narrator, but her work needs polishing.
