New views and second chances
Growing up in the same house does not guarantee the same values. Charlie is a high powered, CEO of Bliss Media and Roman is in charge of Phoenix House for orphans. When Uncle Charles dies, the two have completely different views as to where the money should go. With a heart full of love for the frozen queen, Roman makes a last ditch effort to get her to contribute to his charity when an unfortunate accident happens. Now is the chance for Charlie to see life through a different lens. But not all is good. With Roman posing as her husband, what will happen when the truth is revealed? Fantastic chemistry, a good plot and a fun story, McKenna James takes us to the Keys and back learning the true happiness of life. We all don't get second chances, and Charlie is a lucky one. The ending is perfect and inspirational.
Addison Barnes always is a pleasure to listen to. She brings out the best in her characters and as Roman and Charlie she is amazing. I love her voices, and each character has it's own nuances and inflections, giving it an individual sound. Another fun listen by Barnes!
