Entertaining Sci-Fi Romance

This is the fifth book in the Tribute Brides of the Drexian Warriors Series, a Sci-Fi Alien Warrior Romance. This is a great addition to the Series. You can listen to this story as a standalone, but I recommend you to listen to this Series in order. Dakar and Ella's story is fast-paced and entertaining. They both are strong, stubborn, and determined. They are opposites attract, and I like their unexpected relationship. They share a strong chemistry. Jodie Bentley did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to the next book in the Series, Bound. I love this Series!

Forbidden Romance!

I asked to receive this free review Audible book and wrote this unbiased review. There is a lot of character development in this story. Both characters reject permanent relationships until they meet. Their relationship seems doomed from the start. The more they work together the closer they get. Along with their society forbidding their relationship, miscommunication could also destroy it. Dakar and Ella are both stubborn, strong, brave and loving characters. It is easy to fall in love with them. The narrator accurately conveys the emotions and personalities of these characters, I highly recommend this Audible book.

Like it’s far

This book was pretty good, had it’s funny moments. The narrator did an okay job with exception of the scraggly male voice, he sounded like he had a very sore throat. Would be nice to have a male narrator assist with this. Plan to listen to the next book in the series.

An enjoyable listen

Tana Stone spins a wonderfully plausible story about human women being abducted from the Earth to become tribute brides for aliens 👽. Ella and Dakar’s relationship is filled with obstacles and misconceptions! Dakar is known as a ladies man who has little or no chance of securing a bride for himself because he’s a third son until he strategically pursues Ella who rejected her first match! Needless to say, he definitely had his work cut out for him! Sometimes having your reputation precede you is a terrible thing! Jodi Bentley does a wonderful job with narration!

Dakar and Ella

Dakar and Ella are my favorite so far. I love a good "forbidden" romance. Ella is and independent who rejects the opportunity to be a tribute bride, which makes her off limits. Dakar is a former ladies man who falls for Ella the minute he lays eyes on her, (Of course he doesn't know it yet.) They end up working together to bring down the Kronak and of course hanky panky ensues. but they are both too stubborn to admit their real feelings. this has been my favorite story so far. Unfortunately it is also the last on audio so I will be downloading the rest of the series to my kindle because I can't wait for the next story! I also love revisiting characters from previous books. I enjoyed the performance as well. Hoping the rest of the series will be out on audio soon!

Interesting addition!

This one was one of my favorite in the series. It was an interesting twist.

Disappointment.

narrator destroyed this book with her male charters especially the main one!! cross between bart simson or some one being strangled! why not use a male narrator for the guy's? I couldn't finish it .
