Thorough guide to food trucks
If you are planning to open a food truck business this is a must-listen. As the author notes, he has been running a successful food truck for 2 years, so he speaks from a place of experience. I liked that the author went to the very beginning. Like, such as deciding how big of a truck or trailer you need and how to. set it up.

This was a very good guide that was short and easy to follow along! lt was perfectly laid out for the compilation to understand how to spring from nothing to having a successful and profitable food truck business.
