Book is As Highly Recommended

Bought this for a friend who is a start-up entrepreneur as a mobile foodie. Well-written, informative, very readable, even for me, who is interested only collaterally. Book came in new condition at a great price, quickly shipped.

It is a great resource for those looking to invest in a small enterpise. It has nothing to sell and lots of good information and ideas. If you are considering delving into an entrpanurial adventure, listen this first.

Good Information

Very informational. I learned quite a bit about best practices for operating a food truck. I especially liked the Q&A sections and Appendix with food truck operators. It was great to hear from a number of different people in the field.

Easy to understand

My family and I are considering opening up a food truck and found this book to be full of useful information. It gave us a lot of things to consider and thankfully the author did not skip corners in writing this how to guide. With the information provided, we are confident that we can do this to the best of our abilities.

Starting a food truck Iv read all the books and this one was full of good working thoughts and considerations. I recommend joining a food truck group in your city just about all of them have one even here in Oklahoma City the OKC food truck association is a great way to go beyond the book and find out what permits and check lists you have to follow for your area. As long as your not the same type of food truck you'll find others will be more than happy to help and guide you. These books will help you build the plan but you need a working local knowledge in order to not violate a law. Just in my city I needed a LLC, a Inspection by the city health department, a permit by the health department, a site permit every time I park on private property, a annual permit I have to buy every year to go to special events, and a site inspection permit every time I park at a public event. I purchased this book because I figured it would have the basics one would need to go in the right direction to start a food truck business. I already had some basic knowledge but this book gave me a different perspective and I found it very helpful.

"Best Food Truck Book Ever"!

We went into the business already knowing a lot, but knew that there was still much to listen. This book is perfect! It covers the basics, but the meat of the book focuses on the nitty gritty insider info that you can only get through doing it, or finding a book like this. Worth every penny!
