Great guide for begining entrepanures

It is a great resource for those looking to invest in a small enterpise. It has nothing to sell and lots of good information and ideas. If you are considering delving into an entrpanurial adventure, listen this first.

Good Information

Very informational. I learned quite a bit about best practices for operating a food truck. I especially liked the Q&A sections and Appendix with food truck operators. It was great to hear from a number of different people in the field.

We went into the business already knowing a lot, but knew that there was still much to listen. This book is perfect! It covers the basics, but the meat of the book focuses on the nitty gritty insider info that you can only get through doing it, or finding a book like this. Worth every penny!

No Sugar Coating

This handbook has a lot of good information. It is straight and to the point and the author doesn't sugarcoat anything. You will realize if the food truck life is for you in the first couple of chapters. On top of that it is an easy read and also keeps the reader entertained!
