Excellent Book

As a RN I highly recommend this book for everyone. Some people don't get the importance of infection control especially during COVID-19.
The section on food safety and Foodborne illness was excellent.
I will encourage all my friends and relatives to read and/or listen to it.

Tremendous waste of time ... and money

Very disappointed. Book discussed on Dr Radio which indicated the book contained information on the technical value of mask wearing. NO... just the equivalent of your mother telling you to wear a mask and wash your hands ... horrid waste of time.
