Publisher's Summary

For months, I've been chased by a red dragon. They're the females of the dragon shifter invaders, fierce and vicious and as ruthless as they are wild. She hunts me wherever I go, and I'm not safe even behind the walls of a fort. There's only one thing I can do to stop her....

And that's to take her as my mate.

But to win the heart of a female dragon, I have to conquer her first. Not so easy for a human man...but Teva's worth the challenge.

Contains mature themes.

Great new spin on this series

These series does NOT get old at all. Love the switch to male human and female drakoni. I laughed out loud so many times as the female drakoni point of view is developed. Noelle did a great job and of course Jeremy is also very good as this is his first time in the series to focus on a male human. I have listened to this series three times over and other than Gwen's book, it never gets old.

Great book for the series

I only listened to books 1 & 2 before jumping to this one. it was almost completely seamless and the few characters I didnt know were inconsequential to the over all story. It is the story I was hoping for and really wish it had been the 3rd book instead (which is why I skipped to it).

The narrators were great! Jeremy York was so much better than in book 1 or 2. In fact, I had to check to see if it was actually the same person when the book started. He must have really improved over the series and this book (being mostly his narration) is him showing off his voice talent. Very pleased and impressed.

my favorite of the series!!!

this was just so good, i loved the switch up with the female dragon and pretty much the last decent human man. Gabe was great, I loved scooter and the cats. the guys were a nice addition too. it was so creative to add in the dragon blood to give Gabe the ability to claim his girl and Teva was amusing. I loved how her character turned out in the end. the narration was fantastic as usual Noelle Bridges and Jeremy York are 5 stars.

If he says Baby Girl one more time….

It was nice to finally have a book with a female dragon, but it fell a little flat on character development.

The story didn’t progress the overall story from the prior books. I don’t think this book will have an impact in future books.

He calls her baby girl way to many times….

90% sex 10% that's it?

literally every chapter was half or all about mating. there was 10% story to this book and this new info happens when the book is almost over. I have loved and laughed my lil heart out thru the series and will continue on ,but this book will not be on my reread list :( I was so hoping for more dragon funnies of communication & trying 2 understand their mate. ie eye sweats and needing the daily head petting so it doesn't happen! lmaf! :) next book here I come!

Brilliant

Loved this story. Sexy, but not too much good story keeps you we’ll entertained with comedy and tension, bringing out all the characters personalities, enough back story without droning on to fill up the pages

well this was a suprise

I thought the only story in this book was a female dragon and the intricacies in having a human mate. but Ruby cleverly disguises a Draconis dilemma into the mix and everything falls into place.. just when you think that Milena may be able to help, it turns out there is still angst and betrayal.
so even though this plotline is not as fast-moving or revealing as other stories it was still interesting and made me cross my fingers. there was great ideas in here especially as Gabe had to get creative and hotter than ever.... my favourite dragon Rast is part of this story and I just love him. and how cool is the baby story..plays straight into the h's life
loving it and I know the series is drawing to a close. but I also know there is a lot of loose ends to tie up. I have no doubt Ruby will put it all together.
narrator's just brilliant. good to hear Jeremy more in this one.

Fire in her eyes

Another amazing story! It was great to see the female side of this story and her place in the world. I love the ending! Let loose a tear or two at the end. Look forward to the next book. Hope it keeps up the great story line.
