Great Advice For Business Leaders

This book is filled with great advice. It is delivered in a straightforward way that is easy to understand and easy to implement. I’m definitely looking forward to using the strategies for hiring in my own company. Recommend!

A great people-first approach to business

I don't always love it when the author is also the narrator (using their own voice for their audiobook), but in this case, it's really very well done and made it easier to connect with the author's ideas and recommendations.

What a perfectly timed message for what's happening right now. This book was entertaining, but also a common sense approach on how to find, manage, and retain the best people - something we could all use. I especially like Chapter 7 on culture, where he describes exactly what good culture looks like. This book should be required reading for all leaders.

Definite recommend!
