Finally the light bulb clarifying why I’ve been confused searching to take care of myself towards retirement!!!!

Thank you Greg for your brilliance & bravery!!! I’ve been unsettled with friendly RFAs, did overtime interviewing financial advisers that ultimately went flat since 1% times 30 years would be almost a third of my retirement. I’m shocked and disappointed that the US middle class has been hoodwinked!!! You are taking care of us vulnerable retirees by opening our eyes that cannot be shut! I’m impressed!

Straight forward

It was easy listen. Needed more info on the retirement planners he advocates. Breaks down financial advisors but does not do the same to retirement planners.
overall thought it was good.

Seems like an ad for his business dressed up like a consumer advocate book

He spent 8 chapters trying to discredit an entire industry with cherry picked data points intellectually dishonest half truths. This is proof that literally anyone can write a book.

The intent of the book was revealed first chapter

The intent appears to be good, however this was made clear early on. the balance of the book was repeat and repeat until boredom set in. More about alternatives would have made the book valuable. As it is, read the title and you have absorbed all the value available.
