Years ago, after suffering a humiliatingly large dumb tax, it dawned on me that I have a seemingly unlimited ability to hit unforced errors and sabotage my business and financial success. I suspect you do, too. It turns out that the key to getting rich (and staying that way) is to avoid doing stupid things. I don't need to do more smart things. I just need to make fewer dumb mistakes. The vast majority of our dumb tax is a direct result of emotional, overly optimistic, and poorly thought out decisions.

Money management is key!
I enjoyed listening to this book because the writer gives lots of practical tips and tricks to help you get a grip on your finances. He talks about the different budget techniques, but at the same time he shows a light on the psychology behind why people create their own debt problems and the thinking patterns behind that. Once you understand why people do things, it's easier to fix.
I loved the chapter on automating finances because if I do this I will have a lot more time to spend with family. What I need to think about when going out shopping is that there is a difference between my needs and wants. This tip is very valuable! Thanks to this book I have a more clear view on my next steps to take to get financial freedom.
The narrator did a good job on this book, easy and clear voice to listen to!

Great audiobook on Financial Freedom!
I was very happy with the amount of content that I found in this book. Talks about everything from the psychology of money spending to minimalism and even credit card advice. It really is the A-Z guide on how to take control of your finances so you can live a life of freedom. Couldn't recommend enough!

Interesting timing
This book couldn't have come at a better time given the coronavirus currently spreading across the globe. This audiobook has helped me realize just how important financial freedom is and how to work toward it.
