Beautiful book to help loneliness!

After moving across the country, I’ve felt like an empty nester even though my kids are grown and my whole family is still back in California. This audiobook made me feel understood and gave me ideas for building a new life here instead of just missing the old one. I liked the mix of practical tips and encouragement—it reminded me that this can be a time for growth, not just loneliness. I’m already trying a few suggestions, and it’s helping.
