When tragedy strikes during the date, Dare and Harper work side by side to save lives. Harper quickly earns Dare’s admiration and something much more dangerous...his interest. As Dare and Harper dig deeper into the deaths at the resort, they find it’s not only the resort guests in danger. The investigation leads them straight to Shadows Landing. But can Dare risk Harper’s life and his heart as they work to save the lives of thousands of unsuspecting potential victims?

Good narration

I always enjoy Eric G. Dove's narration. I liked Dare and Harper's banter. Although Harper seemed to rush headlong into situations without much thought to the consequences sometimes, I liked her character. She seemed to always have just enough time to call in the reinforcements.

Shadows Landing is always a good time. From the church ladies, Gator, Skeeter, Turtle, Granger, all of the Faulkner's, etc., it is fun and quirky. Toss in a bit of suspense and mystery, and I am all set.

Another successful story

I loved how the hero and heroine met. I liked the story too. I dont understand why Allie had to die and I dont like sexual assault stories but I know it is reality..Great ending and I am excited to read more in the series. narration good

I love the history of Shadows Landing. The ghosts make a significant appearance in this story. As in all Keeneston & Shadows Landing stories, the whole town joins in when one of its citizens is in need. If only that kind of live & care were real.

The absolute best yet for the series!

I just loved this one. I love all of Kathleen’s Keenston and Shadows Landing series but this one was perfect! I love it when both the main love interests are bada$$es. Especially a woman who isn’t afraid to jump in and fight.

Some of the others have had the women who are more timid and while the books are still good these heroines are my favorite.

A must read for anyone!
