I wanted to love this but…
Super basic information here. I’ve done a LOT of work and none of this was new information for me. If you’re new to self work this has some good resources and tips. If you’ve read a lot around how to listen and feel you’re emotions there’s nothing new here for you.

Transformational & Enlightening Resource
The narrators voice is so soothing, and it makes it easy to stay interesting for a long term listening. The concepts brought on the book have guided me to my intuition. And have allowed me to interact with her. If there is a force greater than gratitude, I’d like to expressive to the author for guiding me coaching me, and supporting me through this discovery.

Deeply healing, moving, motivating, and inspiring
As a woman who was disconnected from her body, pleasure, and my own sense of personal power, I found this book so healing and motivating! I recommend having a journal and tissues nearby - many tears and many insights came up through listening.
