Arnold’s stratospheric success happened as part of a process. As the result of clear vision, big thinking, hard work, direct communication, resilient problem-solving, open-minded curiosity, and a commitment to giving back. All of it guided by the one lesson Arnold’s father hammered into him above all: be useful.

We live in a world that’s obsessed with talent. We celebrate gifted students in school, natural athletes in sports, and child prodigies in music. But admiring people who start out with innate advantages leads us to overlook the distance we ourselves can travel. We underestimate the range of skills that we can learn and how good we can become. We can all improve at improving. And when opportunity doesn’t knock, there are ways to build a door.

The secret to productivity isn't discipline. It's joy.
We think that productivity is all about hard work. That the road to success is lined with endless frustration and toil. But what if there's another way?
Dr Ali Abdaal - the world's most-followed productivity expert - has uncovered an easier, happier path to success. In this revolutionary book, Ali reveals how the science of feel-good productivity can transform your life. He introduces the three hidden 'energisers' that underpin enjoyable productivity, the three 'blockers' we must overcome to beat procrastination, and the three 'sustainers' that prevent burnout and help us achieve lasting fulfilment. He recounts the inspiring stories of founders, Olympians, and Nobel-winning scientists who embody the principles of Feel-Good Productivity. And he introduces the simple, actionable changes that you can use to achieve more and live better, starting today.

Why have history's greatest minds - from George Washington to Frederick the Great to Ralph Waldo Emerson along with today's top performers, from Super Bowl-winning football coaches to CEOs and celebrities - embraced the wisdom of the ancient Stoics? Because they realize that the most valuable wisdom is timeless and that philosophy is for living a better life, not a classroom exercise. The Daily Stoic offers a daily devotional of Stoic insights and exercises, featuring all-new translations.

When a co-worker loses 20 pounds, or a friend runs a marathon while completing a huge project at work, we assume they have more grit, more willpower, more innate talent, and above all, more motivation to see their goals through. But that's not at actually true, as popular Inc.com columnist Jeff Haden proves. "Motivation" as we know it is a myth. Motivation isn't the special sauce that we require at the beginning of any major change.

I particularly like the session on how to keep your motivation. A lot of productivity books focus a lot on the things we can do immediately and the habit we can start, but this session smartly supplemented how to keep the motivation by a few key experiments.

Easy read, yet super useful insights
I ve seen most YouTube videos so I gave it a try but didn’t expect lots of new stuff. Yet it did not disappoint. Easy read with simple, easy to implement yet impactful ideas.

Great, actionable and REAL advice, tools and tricks
The audio is a bit distracting, you could hear deep breaths and it felt a bit rushed. Might be better as a hardcover.
