Their purpose: to call the Man of Sin to repentance, and thus to postpone the great tribulation long enough to preach the Gospel to the whole world.

In this richly textured tale, Father Elijah crosses Europe and the Middle East, moves through the echelons of world power, meets saints and sinners, presidents, judges, mystics, embattled Catholic journalists, faithful priests and a conspiracy of traitors within the very House of God. This is an apocalypse in the old literary sense, but one that was written in the light of Christian revelation.

Great Story

I don’t normally listen to fiction books, but this is outstanding. Since audible doesn’t have the next book, I just ordered a paperback copy.

Father Elijah: Moving, Thrilling, Transforming

Easily the most beautiful, moving book I've read in 2025, but also a thrilling ride from start to finish. I'm Protestant, and I'd recommend this book to Christians of all stripes willing to allow its profound influence on their minds, hearts, and imaginations. Father Elijah's virtue makes me long to grow continually in reflecting the Image of Christ. I'm blind so I join the call for "Elijah In Jerusalem" to hit audio ASAP.

gripping and heartfelt

he way this story plays out is too earily close to current events, all told with reverence in a way that both touches you and leaves you at the edge of your seat.

A Catholic book

a very Catholic book, animated by Catholic spirituality, but at the same time a spy type novel. Imagine a mission to confront the Antichrist.

Terrible narration

I’ve read this book before and loved it. This time I decided to get the audio. The story is wonderful but the narration was dismal. The narrator used old and sniveling voices which didn’t represent the depth of the characters at all. I wouldn’t download another book with this narrator.

The brilliance of the Spirit

Interesting and intelligent… I was enthralled with the tale as well as the truth involved in the decrepitude of the human spirit when Judeo-Christian values are tossed aside.

An end times story for Catholics and all!

Loved it! The story was gripping, informative and fun! Move over left behind series ( which I enjoyed). I sure hope the sequel Elijah in Jerusalem shows up on this audible soon! I would highly recommend this book and I’m currently reading the sequel!

Epic story!

I’ve been meaning to read this for more than 15 years, and after all the build up it didn’t disappoint.

Best audio performance I have ever heard!

Perfect blend of page Turner, and philosophical and spiritual thought igniter!! it is no exaggeration when I say it is the best audible performance I have ever heard.

Good story, almost unlistenable.

Character of”Billy” way overdone to the point of being off-putting. One would never conjure up this obnoxious character from mere reading. In reality, these two personalities wouldn’t have blended into a friendship.
