There's nothing under the moon I want more than to hold her in my arms. That's the problem, though; if I give into the urge, and if I change back and take her as mine... I sign her death warrant. The fates have foretold it, and the only way I can save her is to never go back, no matter how badly it hurts. To save her, I have to stay a wolf.

Excellent! Loved every second. I loved the characters and their stories. The readers were excellent!

Good listen

When I first saw title I never thought it would be interesting but from first chapter I was hooked, if your looking for a fantasy wolf book to keep your attention throughout the day this is definitely not a disappointment

Male narrator - deserves two stars get five stars

I never write reviews but I had to for this one. The male narrator did those girl voices so bad… but it made it worth the listen. I was cracking up especially Shay🤣 and Leigh 💀Um cant wait for April - cause I am getting the next audiobook!!

I’ve read 1 and now 2, heading to book 3, can’t wait for the release of book 4.

Dirge is a stupid and unsexy name, wish it was something different like Max or something.

the detail in evolving each main character

The male portrayal of the female voice. It is cringe worthy and like nails on a chalkboard.

Book was pretty good, narration tough

So if you’ve listened to the previous book, you know this but the male narrator makes the female characters sound like the voice middle school boys use to mock girls for enjoying girly things. Forced and mocking of women. It’s distracting, and will probably just try to read the third.

Otherwise storyline is nothing memorable but enjoyable and am interested enough to wait for the third book.

Feral, Fated, and a Little Unhinged

He’s volatile and possessive, with all the subtlety of a thunderstorm—and somehow, it works. His name is Dirge (yes, really), which sounds like something you'd play at a funeral, but don’t let that distract you. Shay holds her own, she doesn’t hold back, and together they’re a combustible mix of fate and friction.
4 stars—for the tension, the heat, and the unapologetic intensity.

great story

I love these books there great i just wish all the books would be available. I love the action and love but Leigh is really frustrating I almost cant stand her she is to much sometimes. the voices are kind of ugly for the females sometimes and it seems like they are changed often not just from other POV. but over all OMG I love these books please have more series then this one?

PROS: The story is phenomenal and highly entertaining! A few minor things that make you scratch your head but nothing that takes away from the story!! The female narrator is very engaging.
The male narrator and the female voices he does should be outlawed! 😆😆 It’s so bad it’s comical!! His voice makes me think that he used to read Harlequin Novels and all guys look like Fabio 😆😆 It’s giving 1985 not 2025.
