Not good

Nothing useful. I was so excited to learn these techniques and was disappointed by the lack of content.

good quick primer on memorization

gives good classification on kinds of info that is tricky to memorize. Also useful states of mind in which to be for memorization

superficial and short.

This is not an audio book, this a short superficial PowerPoint presentation. I wouldn't mind giving it another try, if it would expand on the subject matter and give examples.
