DISCOVER WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF.

Ten-year-old twins Ashlynne and Julian share a special ability: the power to enter each other’s dreams. They call it ‘sharing’ dreams. It’s usually a great time; playing together in a dream is way more fun than playing in the boring real world...until one night, when the twins find themselves stuck inside a dream that feels all too real. The pair must work together to find a way to wake up - and they need to hurry - because the dream is quickly becoming a nightmare, thanks to an ancient evil bent on ensuring they never escape....

Critic reviews

"There is an ethereal quality to Marcotti's writing...there's no denying that Dream is somewhere very much worth drifting through. Like Neverland, this place of pure imagination holds a strange and special allure. It's creatures are gloriously fanciful.... Fast moving and easy to read, this gentle tale should present middle-grade readers with an ever-shifting panorama of possibilities." (Kirkus Reviews)

"Vivid...brilliantly evocative...action-packed.... A balance of dark and whimsical, tackling classic themes of good versus evil, bravery, and honesty." (Readers' Favorite)

"In [Falling Through Blankets of Stars], skilled narrator R.C. Bray invites listeners into a world that is home to giants, bigfoot babies, and dragons.... This fast-paced audiobook with its superb narration is a must listen for kids who enjoy dreaming - while awake or asleep." (AudioFile Magazine)

Fantastic children’s story.

RC Bray posted this on his Facebook page and I used my $5 preorder coupon to pick it up. I think it’s worth the $5 and in hindsight would’ve bought it anyway. It’s a quick jaunt, alternately humorous and scary, at least, I know my youngest (9) will want to listen with someone the first time because she will find it scary. Those Nightmare beasties are no joke. Well, one of them is a joke. But the rest...

Anyway, this is fun, fast, and inexpensive entertainment.

Short but sweet

I enjoyed listening to this novel. The story is very interesting. And the narrator had a nice voice. I would love to read a sequel to the story. It reminds me of Narnia. A new world full of adventure.
