Good series!

Books 1 and 2 in this series are the first by this author. Good suspense/CIA/spy action on these. The romance is there but not the core of the story.

This was a really good book! I liked this author, I'll definitely have to read more!

it was okay. great narration though

Mason & Callysta: triggers- domestic abuse, loss and grief, child abandonment, human trafficking. sexual assault. slow burn. for me this book wasn't as good as the first one in the series. it wasn't just a slow burn but the whole book read slow. I really did not like Callysta for the first 90% of the book and it bothered me that she was a kickass character but had to be a b**** as well. that's annoying because why to women have to be portrayed that way. Mason, was okay, he just had a lot in his past that he needed to work through. it's an okay read, I had to take breaks.
