I couldn't but this book down

I couldn't but this book down. It held my focus the entire time and I could not tear myself away even if I tried. Book 3 is finally dual POV and it was amazing to get into Mason's head. Fallen Crest Public picks up right where Fallen Crest Family left off and takes you on their journey through the spring semester of high school. I went in thinking there couldn't possibly be any more drama in this book than there was in the previous one but I was quickly proven wrong. Tijan really knows how to write evil bullies and the revenge that they all deserve. The ending had me wanting to get book 4 as soon as possible!

Fall Crest Public "#3

Wow, this book..

Few Spoilers...

Wow this book, sheesh in the beginning Sam and Mason did nothing but have sex it became annoying as hell lol. Like bruh y'all couldn't go a day without fuckin, I was with Logan on that one. I was like do they ever go out on a date? Like NEVER!!!!!

I was also happy when Kate finally got what she deserves, but not so much where she gotten raped by Budd that part made my skin crawl and me cringe inside, but I felt bad for Samantha when Kate and her friends jumped her at the game with FCP vs. Russxuoi (forgot how to spell it) but anyways, that part had me so sad, because she didn't deserve that beat down that they gave her. Like sheesh. And at the end my hart was racing when Tate was talking to her I thought it was going to be something juicy but man lmao it wasn't, I'm like man I already knew Logan wanted Samantha that's nothing knew. But listen when Sam seen Mason with Kate at that street dance, and got drunk with Logan at her dad house, I wanted them to actually have sex with each other lmao. But I knew It would've happened. But I was like how in the world did Mason get into that house without them hearing him.

I Floved it!

This book was riddled with soo much teen drama i wanted to scream! But in a good way :) Sam and Mason are going strong but Catty B%*ch's just want to get in the way. I have never been so happy to be out of high school but loved living the drama with them. This one was definitely more angst filled but still the great story I have come to expect from Tijan.

Narration is always a great production from this team. Thanks!

Mercy!

These books have me at all points of the emotional rollercoaster! The story so far has me in it's grip. I cannot tell you how many times I wanted to stop listening due to some of the situations the characters found themselves in. Some of the situations really rubbed me wrong but I just HAD to find out what happened next. To me that's the mark of a really good author. Grant it I haven't finished the series, but so far I'm hooked. For me this is not a light read though. It brings out emotions in me that make me want to throat punch someone as well has high and kiss someone. If you can deal with the rollercoaster of emotions in would definitely recommend this series so far. Also keep in mind this is somewhat of a teenage coming of age story and there is a crap ton of drama! So proceed with caution if you are looking for something light hearted.

edit...ok I actually CRIED for the main female character in this book! Holy CRAP! I really want to quit listening, but I need to see see if she's alright...if this girl was me IRL I'd be gone....done.... I am just TOTALLY amazed I am still listening to this! that right there says how good this author is. Yes the male narrator could be better, but he's not horrible either.

Don't get me wrong here.....

Understand I love Tijan . I love the stories she writes and the way she writes them. She's one of my top five authors.
This book was no exception. I loved it.
what I'm going to say had nothing to do with the story and is only my opinion in general.
Here goes...... If you know you're going to be jumped and you decide to leave a populated area to walk down a darkened hall to use an out of the way restroom By Yourself then you have nobody to blame but your dumb self when you get the crap beat out of you.

Sam is a terrible human being and a hypocrite

Sam is a terrible human being and a hypocrite. She let's the guys do terrible things to her "friends" and then feels hurt and betrayed when they dont like the guys and stand by her. Been listening because the story isn't too bad and it does make you want to see what's next, but each book is harder to listen to. Sam is definitely not someone to cheer for.

Good continuation to the series

This is the third book in this series. Filled with high school drama and rivalry, this story had it all, bullying, friendship, romance, violence.
I still loved Mason and Logan but Sam was a bit annoying at times. This audible version was enjoyable.

Why so many similar names?

A little vent. This is the 3rd of the series and the names are driving me crazy! When listening, Kate, Tate, and Kade sound so much alike, I've had to rewind to relisten to figure out which it is. With so many names available to use, I don't understand why an author uses so many similar names in a book. It's a decent book, I want to know how it's all going to end so I'm continuing, but so far, it feels like it's just being dragged out. I wouldn't say it's a cliffhanger ending, though.

Narrators:
Neither was bad on their own, but when the female narrator voice is MUCH deeper than the male narrator, it's weird and distracting.

Graham Halstead: 4-He was good, though some of his character voices were inconsistent
Saskia Maarleveld: 3-Much Improvement from the previous books.

Spoilery stuff:

I'm not sure why it's been said that it's a cliffhanger. It was all but spelled out, so there really is no big secret reveal in the end. Also, the part where Mason kisses Kate for the whole revenge thing was definitely OTT. The storyline was difficult to believe. I'm almost ready for everyone to just dump Sam and move on with it. She's so ridiculous, it's almost unbelievable that anyone wants to be her friend.

Just as sweet of a read as the first two.

The series is really good as a whole. the narration has some mistakes nothing horrible though. I love how the three protect so fiercely.

Awesome

This book follows on directly from Fallen Crest Family, and sees Sam changing schools and dealing with a whole set of new issues. In my eyes, Sam is not bad ass enough! She has so much to deal with, can't believe how truly awful the girls are, I don't often use the word hate, but, hate them I do. Still loving the relationships between Sam and Mason and Logan. However, my heart did break for Sam during some scenes, I was literally crying at one point. So much more angst in this book. So much happening, and even though there a are a couple of bumps on their road, their relationship is as strong as ever. Love the dual POV in this book, so good to find out finally what Mason is thinking.

Another awesome book

Another awesome book in the Fallen Crest series.

Mason and Logan may rule Fallen Crest Public School but it that enough to keep Sam safe.

Sam first day doesn't go well. Some girls are just bitches. The popular girls don't like Sam as she got them exiled. Mason, Logan, Nate and Heather can't always be there to protect her. For Sam to survive, she needs to be stronger and conquer the school.

Can Sam survive Fallen Crest Public? Will Nate be ok? Will Mason and Sam relationship survive? Read the book to see.

I would recommend this book and the series.
