Well written

All her books are good but this is her best series. The character development is very good. She has long segments where people are sitting around talking at a table but it is still very enjoyable because she digs so deep into what each character is thinking. Yes there is action but basically it is a 'character study' book.

The only negative is that sometimes it is repetitive with the "the wolf wants to protect his mate" stuff. I mean we get that the first dozen times :)

This book was fantastic - I didn't want to stop listening to it.
Holter Graham is an amazing Narrator.
I love Charles & Anna they are perfect for each other & never ever get boring (Graham is great at doing Charles' sexy voice) . Briggs has created an amazing world that's fun, exciting & intriguing & you can't help becoming emotionally invested in these characters lives. I definitely recommend this series for everyone!

Amazingly good from beginning to end

It stands alone well but is more when added to the Mercy Thompson series.

Where does Fair Game rank among all the audiobooks you???ve listened to so far?

This series is very good, interesting and appealing. Right off the bat I was drawn in by the storyline, anticipating the next book! Anna and Charles's struggles have been easy to relate to and as a werewolf tale is does the genre proud. If I had two wishes it would be for the next books to be released sooner and for the story length to be longer.

What about Holter Graham???s performance did you like?

I love Holter Graham as a narrator! His voice is very pleasant to the ear and I have sought out other books he has narrated.

Any additional comments?

I find the story of Anna and Charles very engaging and entertaining and I am always looking forward to the next one but??? I find the extreme length of time between books disappointing. Because of this the reader risks loosing their closeness to the characters and storyline.
