Publisher's summary

I was told to choose between three sexy fae men. So I chose them all.

Kira Frost, fae princess and future leader of the matriarchal kingdom of Terrandale, must make a choice. To receive her elemental powers and the ability to control water, she must complete four harrowing feats representing each of the elements her people control. And she must complete them alongside three sexy fae men from opposite elemental lines vying for her love and affection. They all want her, but she can only have one - bonding herself to one man for life in exchange for her powers and her future throne. There’s only one problem: she wants them all.

She figures out a way she can have her cake and eat it, too, receiving her elemental powers and creating the reverse harem of her dreams. But first she’ll have to make it happen - while also fighting off fierce mountain trolls, golems, a manticore, and a ferocious dragon.

This steamy reverse harem paranormal romance features action, adventure, fae, dragons, golems, steaminess, and adult language and situations that are intended for listeners 18 years and older.

Fae’s Choice is my first foray into the “reverse harem” genus within the Fantasy genre. This book was given to me, at my request, in exchange for an honest review. A perfect way to try something new. I’m still not sure if this type of book will end up in my TBR list; however, Logan Byrne did a great job of weaving the harem idea into the story. A Fae princess, in a matriarchal society, is required to go on a quest, joined by three potential mates. At the end of the journey, she is to choose one of the three as a life long mate. Her chosen mate would rule by her side as it is she who inherits the throne from her mother. The part of the story that gives me pause and really makes me suspend my disbelief is the idea of three virile men willing to share. But are they?
Don’t get me wrong, Byrne does a great job of presenting the concept in a plausible way. This story ends in such a way that one knows there is more to come... If “reverse harem” is something you enjoy, I believe Fae’s Choice is a great option. Warning: there are a couple small sections of erotica in the story, but they are placed appropriately. The narration is well done. Eleanor Caudill speaks succinctly and has a pleasant voice. Her male voices were not the strongest, but they didn’t distract from the story at all.

Three guys and one gal.

This story was narrated well. Very pleasant voice. I enjoyed the plot but would have liked more from it. . A little too much graphic sex for me. Definitely for the over 18 crowd.
