A Dark Mafia Romance!

This is the second book in The Carrera Cartel Series, a dark mafia romance. I love this Series! Leighton/Star and Mateo's second chance to love is captivating. Mateo is alpha, dark, and secretive. I loved him! Leighton, Brody's sister, is strong and determined. They share a sizzling chemistry. I loved to see again the characters from the first book. The cast of supporting characters is impressive. The storyline is suspenseful, and fast-paced, filled with danger, intrigue, lies, and twists and turns. The world building is enthralling. Aaron Shedlock and Sarah Puckett did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to Brody's story in Drawn Blue Lines, the next book in the Series. Against all odds!!

If you want a story that will grab your from the fist page and hold on to you then this is the book for you!

This story is good at keeping you in the edge of your seat trying to find out what happens next.

This book is a stand alone but I would have love to listen to book 1 to have a better understanding of the inner workings but over all I didn’t miss much

more betrayals

The more I got into this the more invested I became. It was captivating watching the multilayered storyline peeled away piece by piece until the truths were bared for all to see. The characters are compelling and drew me in and kept me a willing hostage. Some truths are too brutal and shocking. The suspense at the end was palpable and had me reeling!!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrators did a great job bringing the characters and story to life.

Faded Gray Lines

Man this series just gets better. so much damn action 🎬, great love story ❤ , but I wasn't expecting it to be the DA sister, that shit right there Caught me off guard. but no matter what this book was really good the narrator's did an excellent job 👏👍.

Enjoyed getting into the Carrera Cartel world!!

Being new to the Carrera Cartel world I've been so looking forward to getting into it! Having picked up Ms.Kenborn's work before as well had me looking forward to it even more! As soon as i found out about this audiobook I knew i had to listen to it first! I started it as soon as i could and it pulled me in! I enjoyed this listen!

Having listened to both Aaron Shedlock and Sarah Puckett's narration before i could not contain my excitement for this! I loved what Aaron and Sarah brought to this story as Mateo and Leighton! These two narrators capture characters perfectly with their narration and truly bring them to life.

Mateo and Leighton's journey isn't an easy one. I so enjoyed the fact that these two had a history and how i wasn't sure what all to expect in their story. I felt so many things with these two throughout listening as well!

With Faded Gray Lines, Ms.Kenborn has created such a good story that will most definitely pull you in! I can't wait to go back and listen to the first book, Blurred Red Lines! I can't wait to listen to more of Aaron and Sarah's narration as well! If you haven't listened to these two you are so missing out!
