In the fog-shrouded forest, an outcast seeks only solitude. Feared for his unnatural height and horrifying scars, the creature made from stitched-together flesh asks nothing of the world but to be left alone.

But when a savage evil descends upon a nearby village, tearing its people apart with inhuman ferocity, the terrified locals look to the woods for a scapegoat. Led by a fanatic priest consumed by grief, a holy war is declared against the "Demon of the Forest." The creature, wrongly accused, becomes the target of a hunt fueled by faith and terror.

Forced to flee, the creature discovers the forest holds a secret far darker than the villagers imagine. The true killer is not a product of science, but a monster of ancient curse—a ravenous beast that revels in slaughter .

As the villagers' crusade closes in, the hunted must become the hunter in a desperate, brutal battle for survival. When two titans of horror collide under a full moon, the lines blur between man, monster, and demon .

This is a grimdark tale of gothic horror, where salvation may be found only in sacrifice, and the greatest monster might be the one forged by vengeance.

Highly recommended. A fun listen. Respectful to both Frankenstein and the Werewolf. Looking foward to listening to other titles by this author.

A respectful, well written story

I am completely amazed how wonderful Mr. Wolf’s “monster@ novels are. Especially those featuring the Frankenstein monster. Spectacular work! It’s high pop culture stuff - classic monsters doing battle with Marvel Comics-like epic language such as… “I will not die as a victim. I will die as a weapon!” Lester Wolf, please… enough with Big Foot already, write more Frankenstein tales!

Brilliant!
