Story
We each have a destiny. Finding the courage to drive past the challenges, the pains, and even the shortcuts of life to the deeper purpose of living is to thrive in one's divine destiny. Most people have sensed destiny pulling them to just the right place or person. Whether it is the spouse you meet, the children you bear, or the promotion you receive, everyone has a purpose to pursue. Sometimes it is understanding our destiny that helps us accept what on the surface appears to be failure.

We all have a longing to be significant. We want to make a contribution, to be a part of something noble and purposeful. But many people wrongly believe significance is unattainable. They worry that it's too big for them to achieve. That they have to have an amazing idea, be a certain age, have a lot of money, or be powerful or famous to make a real difference. The good news is that none of those things is necessary for you to achieve significance and create a lasting legacy.

In 2015, Inc. magazine recognized Noonday Collection as one of the fastest-growing companies in America. Years earlier, as Jessica Honegger stood at a pawn-shop counter in Austin, Texas, and handed over her grandmother's gold jewelry, her goal was personal: to fund the adoption of her Rwandan son by selling artisan-made jewelry. This first step launched an unexpected side-hustle that would grow into Noonday Collection. She teamed up with her first artisan partner, Jalia, a Ugandan jewelry maker and saw the meaningful impact Noonday brought to Jalia's community.

Publisher's summary
The world sold you a map to success, and you followed it - only to find that the world's version of extraordinary is the trap of the ordinary. Your to-do list keeps growing, you haven't been to the gym in weeks, and your family wants more time with you. You are doing your best, but you're exhausted and unfulfilled. How did you get here, and where are you going?
Michael Dauphinee understands that you don't need a map with a final destination; you need your own compass. In Extraordinary, Michael provides four points on a compass that help you discover and live out your God-given calling.
- Identity: Instead of telling yourself what not to be, embrace who you are and utilize your natural strengths.
- Permission: Don't limit yourself. Share your ideas and pursue your aspirations without needing approval from others.
- Courage: Overcome your fear of failure and close the gap between wishing and doing.
- Generosity: Don't tie your hope to your resilience. Anchor to something bigger than yourself.
It's not too late to live an extraordinary life. Unleash the power of your true north, dream again, and live in the direction of you.

What if the smartest people in the world understand something that the rest of us don't? (They do.) What if they know that in order to achieve success, they will sometimes have to do things that others may initially perceive as stupid? The fact of the matter is that the smartest people in the world don't run from stupid, they lean into it (in a smart way). In The Power of Starting Something Stupid, Richie Norton redefines stupid as we know it, demonstrating that life-changing ideas are often tragically mislabeled stupid.

Story
For two decades, pastor and leadership consultant Matt Keller has worked with hundreds of influencers, and he has learned that the greatest enhancer or greatest limiter to a person's success is whether someone is teachable. In The Key to Everything, Keller shows how teachability isn't something that some people are born with and others aren't. It is a characteristic that can be learned and grown.

In his new audiobook, The Heart-Led Leader, Spaulding turns his focus to ourselves - to who we are. Authentic leaders, Spaulding says, live and lead from the heart. The values and principles that guide our lives and shape our ability to lead others is far more important than our titles or our ability to crunch numbers or the impressive degrees we display on our walls. To effect true transformational change, heart-led leaders draw on the qualities of humility, vulnerability, transparency, empathy, and love.

Story
Do you ride the escalator or do you take the stairs? No matter how you define success, it always requires one thing: self-discipline. But as popular speaker and strategist Rory Vaden explains, we live in an "escalator world", one that's filled with shortcuts, quick fixes, and distractions that make it all too easy to slide into procrastination, compromise, and mediocrity. What seems like an easier path is really much harder in the end - and, most important, it won't take you where you want to go.

Excellent Compass for Life
Michael does an excellent job defining a compass to navigate life. The main topics of identity, permission, courage and generosity are cardinal points to live by. He stories and wisdom are both inspiring and highly worth following. His process puts words and methods to many truths I have lived by. It is excellent at tying everything together. I strongly recommend the book.

A Field guide on living your best life!
If you feel like a square peg in a round hole this is the perfect book for you. Michael illustrates why you are perfect the way that you are, and how you can use your strengths to guide you in making steps towards a life worth living. This guide is not filled with cliche recommendations, Michael provides honest advice based on his own personal experiences. I also feel like it’s part memoir of a person with the a heart of gold. Micheal takes you on an emotional rollercoaster, and I would be lying if I said I didn’t get choked up a bit. I truly enjoyed listening to this program, and highly recommend it.
