For the first time, Sana fully dives into her most difficult experiences that have transformed and shaped her life. Over the span of five years, Sana has spent time writing to reflect on these experiences, because writing was the only release that seemed to help. After making some drastic life changes putting her in a better place, she looked back, realizing how far she has come since her lowest point. This realization combined with the powerful conversations she has had with others, who have had relatable experiences pushed her to share her story. Her goal is to let others know they are not in it alone, because the hardest moments she had stemmed from feeling like this had only happened to her.

Holy ****!

That was a ride of emotion throughout the whole book, like what an amazing rollercoaster. The depth, emotions, and visuals felt like I was experiencing them myself. Thank you for being strong enough to tell your story and put it into writing!
