Publisher's Summary

Best-selling spiritual author of The Soul Searcher’s Handbook, Emma Mildon - the “goddess-messenger-girlfriend who may just lead you to your inner guru” (Katie Silcox, New York Times best-selling author) - provides a fascinating, fun, and inspiring exploration of female divinity throughout history, myth, and religion to help women understand, embody, and celebrate their inner goddess.

Evolution of Goddess is a practical introduction to the goddess realm, digging up the histories of long-forgotten myths of goddesses of love, war, death, the sun, the moon, and more. With this clear-eyed and spirited book, you can finally become familiarized with goddesses from a wide range of cultures throughout history, including the mermaids of the Atlantic, the empresses of ancient Egypt, the wise women of the Middle Ages, right up to the modern-day goddesses who walk amongst us today as humble light workers, educating and inspiring.

Through a goddess assessment, you’ll uncover your own goddess archetype and be given rituals, meditations, and exercises to tap and embolden your own feminine superpowers. Imbue your life with healing, invigorating goddess energy, and discover ways to harness your new empowerment to improve the world. Now is the time to reconnect with the strength and holistic spirituality of our ancestors - to trace the evolution of the Goddess.

What in the Universe

I absolutely love the concept of this book, but after listening to 4 chapters it appears to be all over the place and I could t even make it through the rest of the book

So bad

I rarely review books, but this one was so bad I wanted to let other people know not to buy it. It’s rambling and repetitive. The author keeps telling you what she’s going to tell you but then never tells you. Very disappointing.

Horrible Narrator!!

I found the title interesting and the concept is definitely something I’m searching for but I couldn’t bare the robotic voice over. Sounds exactly like a robot...

Should have been read by a woman of color.

This book should not have been read by a white lady. Other than that, I loved it!!! Just the vibe or feeling of the words being read was just... off.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa!

This was a fantastic book. I didn't want it to end. It was enlightening, educational and entertaining. I have had the physical book for at least a year and I don't know what all of a sudden lead me to search on it on here but I am so happy that I did. This is the first audible book that I will definitely be listening to again. Such great lessons and guidance. So many things in my life make sense now. I would recommend this book to all women even if you are skeptical of mythology and astrology that's not all it's about. Keep an open mind and I guarantee that you will end this book with some nuggets of knowledge and inspiration.

Great reading until

This book was amazing. It was very informative and has great power behind it. It was all great until the author said Michelle Obama was one of our greatest goddesses... made me want to stop right there! Give me a break smh

Too corny for me

‘Yeah girl!’ style of language diminishes the message for me unfortunately. Maybe at 34 I am over the target range for this book.

Emma should have read her own book

I am perplexed as to why Emma Mildon didn’t record her audiobook herself.
I’ve heard her on many podcasts and she has an amazing voice and aura that the reader of this book just doesn’t have.
She’s got no personality to read a book like this. It’s like listening to the news or the weather.
How disappointing Emma did not read her own book.
Unfortunately I just could not listen to anymore from this reader and have opted to purchase the paperback version of this book instead.
I should have listened to a sample in lieu of wasting my credit.
Might want to think about re-recording this book. I’m sure you would have lost a lot of listeners.
