Or likes him. In fact, plenty of people are downright afraid of him, and for them, the arrest confirms what they’ve always suspected: that Keme is a seriously bad apple. And when Keme’s clothes turn up not far from the scene of the crime, covered in the victim’s blood, it’s the final piece of proof for the court of public opinion.

It'll be up to Dash to prove Keme’s innocence.

But the real killer might have something to say about that.

I enjoyed this a lot

I enjoyed the ebook version of this and was very happy to revisit it in audio. I loved seeing Dash and Bobby treating each other well. I also loved learning more about Keme. I have questions about the Keme/Millie/Louis plot line, but nothing's perfect.

There was a ton of great character development in this installment, though I thought some characters popped up and then went away with no explanation. Still, the good parts were OH SO good. This is, I think, one of my favorites in the series.
