The back and forth was killing me! Either forgive him or don't...this is driving me nuts.. Nicole Smalls should have narrated this one too. She made EZ sound like a girl, just not very fond of her voices.

This is a love story....
If you’re looking for the same “gritty” story line Ashley normally gives us, this ain’t the book for you. There is no “hood” action. No drugs, no murders, no street hustle. I love the characters but this was a little too mushy for them and it just didn’t fit.

She did it AGAIN!
I LOVVVVE me some A and J!!! They make their stories so descriptive that you can literally see them in your mind as a movie. When I was in jail and then prison, I said I wouldn’t read another book because I had read so many during incarceration! And when I got out I’m a single mom of 4 who works 7 days a week so I never had time to read even when I wanted to, but this is like my umpteenth book I’ve listened to of A and J’s on here and I am so eternally grateful! I love the relationship between illanie and Ethic and I can’t wait to find out what kinda bull Messiah is hiding! I will have to wait til next month to get the next Ethic book and I can’t wait. I hope A comes out with another Prada book and I LOVE how she intertwined Yaya In this one!! Thank you for allowing so many of your books to be available through membership because there are a lot of non African American authors who want you to pay crazy money to listen to their books (as if theirs are better, which they’re not) Many blessings to you and your family! You both will always have a number one fan in me!!
