a real mixed bag
There are many elements of this book that are worthwhile. However, the supposed practical part is just awful. The person who tries to provide examples of guided or structured meditations is HORRIBLE. His voice is irritating as is his tone, style, and attitude.
His voice completely turned me off to finishing the book as I could not get past his highly affected voice. His voice is like a bad, unfunny Saturday Night Live skit on meditation and new age philosophy.
