The Greek myths are some of the most creative and imaginative out there. Edward’s shows the metaphoric depth and the reasonableness for any to claim, as I do, that the Gods are living.

This might make sense as a written book, but in audio it seems the author has some form of coprolalia; just randomly including phrases that make no sense. There are probably footnotes or references of some kind that get in the way of the story. It makes it impossible to listen to as you have no idea what belongs and what is linking back to something else.
