Good read!

This is an exciting story that grabbed me from the beginning. There's lots of surprises. The writing is good and the plot is strong. The characters and world building are believable. I haven't listened to the first in this series but was able to follow along. The author drops enough hints along the way I wasn't lost. The only thing I really didn't like was the ending. No spoilers it just didn't seem to fit and was abrupt in my opinion. Overall it's a really good story and fun listen. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys a good YA with a bit of young love.

I received this book free for an honest review.

Interesting characters, quick moving story

The second book in the Sky Saga trilogy was a wonderful continuation from the first. I had to pick it up right away after finishing book 1. The characters were interesting and the story line was captivating. I couldn't wait to hear where Sam's story would lead, and if she and Lucien would ever get back together. The narrator, Holly Holt, was easy to understand and spoke clearly, always voicing the characters in a consistent manner from book to book.

Non stop fun

Equinox starts off on a wild rollercoaster of twists and turns and loops that you will not want to get off of. The book is exciting with a narrator ( Holly Holt ) that know how to tell a story. I enjoyed this book and the storyline because it was well written and did not deviate from book one. I received this audio book upon my request. My honest review is voluntarily left of my own volition.

I LIKED IT!

I liked it! The narration was great! The author did a good job with the character builds and plot. This was not my first book by this author, I read the first book (From The Sky) and enjoyed it as well. I look forward to reading the next book in this series. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Love this!!

This books starts off in a whirlwind! The twists and turns J.E. Nicassio throws your way will leave you holding your breathe and rewinding to see if you just heard that right! This was an excellent 2nd part to an amazing series!! If you read my first review you know how much I loved book one. This one did not disappoint. I would have listened to it in one setting if I could have gotten away with it! The narrator is such a phenomenal reader and brings the pages to life in a fantastic way!! I couldn't get enough!!

Excellent series!

If you've already listened to book 1, then you already know that this is a great story. I'm starting book 3 right away.

I tried so hard to like this book!

I really tried to like this book. The first book ended in a total cliffhanger so I definitely had to read this. To be honest, Sam just made me mad in this book! She comes across as a whiny, self absorbed brat. Let me also say that I might be too old for this book. Lol! I was given a copy to read and to leave an honest review of. This book would be better aimed towards a teen.

Equinox

Book one was not bad but I found book two to be a disappointment.

In the first half of the book Sam is depressed, complaining a lot and acting like a three year old. The second half of the book does pick up and I thought ok we are getting somewhere but Sam still acted like a three year old.
I did not feel there was any character development when it came to her.

The twist towards the end I saw coming and I was really surprised that Sam did not notice. I mean she says she loved him and she did spend some time with him in the first book. I would have thought she would have noticed something. However, she was completely surprised when she found out and I found that really hard to believe. But saying that, she was so self-absorbed she did not even notice the similarity, so it should not have been a real surprise that she was shocked when she found out.
I did not like sam at all in this book.

I am curious to see how this would end so I am going to listen to the third book in the series.
