Enemies for Christmas

Sydney is coming from the city to spend the holidays with her family at the local B&B. Right off the bat, the B&B owner, Chuck, rubs Sydney the wrong way. The air around them is tense and uncomfortable for all. Sydney hates that but doesn’t know how to stop it.

Chuck is trying to run his B&B business and he’s just getting the hang of it when he gets notice the city may take his business property and force him to move outside of town. That move would likely cause a hit to his bottom line. Trying to fight city hall is difficult business.

When Sydney agrees to help out with her law degree, Chuck grudgingly accepts because he really doesn’t have any other help lined up.

But will working together for a common cause draw them together or show their differences in a brighter light? As they get closer, setbacks cause more rifts between them that may be too deep to fill… even at Christmas.
