All that edging just for Art & Joey’s story to fall flat?! 😭

Don’t get me wrong, the sexual tension between these two is immaculate, but that turning into an actual relationship didn’t work for me. I expected intense and all consuming, and it was just meh

Worth the Read !

It starts off a bit slow but eventually picks up the pace and once that happens it’s worth your time and very enjoyable
I must say I chose this book because I’m a big fan of the Narrator Nick Russo. He brings life to a story not all in his business are capable of doing

Narration

Okay, let me preface by saying I love this series. I’ve read all the books and Saxon doesn’t miss. Being Portuguese, I was so excited in “The Roommate Arrangement” when we’re introduced to Art. And, while I think that Nick J. Russo is a fantastic voice actor, like seriously talented, the Portuguese pronounciation in this series was a little tough. The most unforgivable was the pronounciation of Art’s last name “de Almeida.”Almeida is such a common last name in Portugal and hearing it sorta butchered throughout the series was rough, especially when Art actually ACKNOWLEDGES how hot it was when Joey pronounced it correctly (when it soooo wasn’t). I know this isn’t something that most people will catch but it’s the equivalent of pronouncing the word “meal” as “mile” over and over again.

Okay, BESIDES all that, fantastic story and narration. Just needs a touch more prep work next time!

Love Art and Joey ! Their story is funny, romantic and adorable. Another excellent for Saxon. Absolutely love it. And of course the narration is on point! Bring those characters to live!

Art and Joey were everything I had hoped they would be. Their chemistry is insane, and I just feel in love with them both individually and as a couple. Incredible narrator as well!
