The information in this book was presented in a clear and simple way. It was an easy read full of all kinds of information! It helped me to see how stones, chakras, our senses, etc all contribute to the energy that we experience everyday all day. In the very beginning of her book, she presented examples of experiences empaths encounter daily. I did not realize that I was so deeply an empath until I read this book, lol! I'm glad I took the time to read it. 😊
