This "empath support" sleep learning resource was designed to assist those gifted with empathic and sensitive abilities in gaining self-beliefs related to gaining a strong sense of self, protecting and cleansing their energy. It was also designed to assist the listener in releasing self-beliefs that tend to make the empath vulnerable to negative or draining energies.

Some say that we are the sum of what we surround ourselves with. For example:

  • What we watch on television
  • What we listen to on the radio
  • Who we choose to surround ourselves with
  • Even the thoughts we think

All of the above affect our overall perceptions and thought patterns. Just like the food we eat creates our bodies over time, our thoughts shape who we are and, ultimately, what types of situations we manifest in our lives.

Sleep learning can benefit a listener in powerful ways. The mind stays active even while we are sleeping. For example, a mother may sleep soundly through thunderstorms and barking dogs, yet the sound of her baby stirring in the next room will often instantly awaken her. Why not use this time (while you are asleep) to realize your potential?

In addition to therapeutic hypnotic techniques and meditative affirmations, this program is further enhanced by the use of brainwave entrainment such as solfeggio tones, isochronic tones, bilateral stimulation, and white noise. Listening at a very low volume while drifting off to sleep is ideal and won't diminish your results.

This book put me in a deep deep sleep and subconsciously I know I retained and learned new information. I highly recommend it and I will be listening to more in this series!

after a lifetime of insomnia I feel as if I can call asleep and though it's creepy.to occasionally want up to the voices of this book on audio, I fall easily back to sleep

I have not slept in years due to my empathic natural inclination to repeat each encounter. This is the first time I have snored (husband said I Did) and I wake up energized and have the ability to empathize not pity. Anna's voice is soothing yet powerful.

I would fall asleep listening to this, as the title suggests, and then suddenly wake up an hour or so later, startled by this whispery voice with a strange echo effect. Rather than feeling relaxed and centered, this recording caused me to wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle alarmed, afraid, and full of adrenaline. I'm pretty sure I learned nothing from, and only slept poorly because of, this audiobook. Probably better used for relaxation rather than "sleep learning."

The narrators tried to make they voice sounded soft. It felt like hearing a mean step mother acting “nice” to step daughter in front of her teacher or the Children Protective Service.
Very unpleasant experience, not conducive to calmness as expected.
I want to return this book. Never wanted it in my library.

The narrators’ voices are forcefully soft. It was a horrible experience trying to listen. I hold my breath while listening.
