Good Effort

What did you love best about Empath Healing?

All of the things, tips and guides that I need to know about how to best recharge and protect myself through setting healthy emotional and energetic boundaries to stop others from infiltrating my space are already included and well written inside. Marianne Gracie has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book.

What other book might you compare Empath Healing to and why?

This book is really a great resource for those who want to learn more about Emotional Healing & Survival Guide for Empaths and Highly Sensitive People.

Marianne Gracie Nailed It!!

For years I just thought I was defective because I was so emotional and easily drawn into the drama of other people. While reading this book, I realized I am definitely an Empath. Now my tendancies make total sense. I'll be reading this book over and over until I fully integrate the information and skills into my life.

Important book that needs to be listen with care

What did you love best about Empath Healing?

Healing Your Emotional Self is an excellent book to read, regardless of what kind of family-of-origin experiences you had.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Empath Healing?

Empaths are highly sensitive, finely tuned instruments when it comes to emotions. They feel everything, sometimes to an extreme, and are less apt to intellectualize feelings. Intuition is the filter through which they experience the world. Empaths are naturally giving, spiritually attuned, and good listeners.

Any additional comments?

Being an empath is not easy especially when you’re still not aware that you are one. I was so scared before and thought that I was cursed but through the help of other guided and gifted people and with the guidance as well of this book, slowly I was able to understand and better use of this gift. I am now free from the idea of being cursed and shifted to the thought of grace; gifted. Thank you! I really appreciate this beautiful book.

However, the book explained these traits and I felt a bit better about myself.

Fantastic!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Empath Healing?

. I have always had questions regarding various energy forces and my connection to them. This book brings light to those questions.

This book is the real deal. I already feel a better understanding and connection to my own sensitivities. A must read. No fluff, no filler - just wisdom. Heartfelt, packed with essential knowledge for anyone who feels this world deeply.

Good reminders of basic things in life for an empath.

Grateful for having listen this book

First of all the book cover looks amazing!!!! 😍 Honestly, it looks so pretty! The book content is everything I needed to read, I've been told that I'm a little bit more of a sensitive person and I'm pretty to sure I have social anxiety and this book is helpful to me as it helps me manage this traits that I have. ☺️ What I really love about this book is that it's so 'caring' and it didn't made me feel bad about this traits I have but in fact made me confident that I can turn this trait into something positive that will surely make a good impact on my daily life! Great book!

The quality of this audio is as always awesome, but this part of the story was definately not Christine Padovan best work of this series.

It is easy to read and is exactly what it claims, a guide to handling the many emotional challenges that arise through the course of our lives. The tips in this book I feel are helpful to anyone seeking freedom from emotional wounds that have hindered them in any type of relationship, whether it be with a spouse, children, friends, co-workers, or other family members.I would recommend this book to others who are interested in an intro to emotional healing.

Very Helpful Book That Is Much Needed In Our Daily

Would you listen to Empath Healing again? Why?

It is easy to read and is exactly what it claims, a guide to handling the many emotional challenges that arise through the course of our lives. Very much interesting that makes you want for more.

I think it would be neutral. Never laugh neither.

It will help you start to realize that you keep yourself in a protective shell inside your body because that's where you feel most comfortable. This book will help you realize what you've done to allow yourself to stay there and not become the person that you truly were meant to be.
