Good Effort

What did you love best about Empath Healing?

All of the things, tips and guides that I need to know about how to best recharge and protect myself through setting healthy emotional and energetic boundaries to stop others from infiltrating my space are already included and well written inside. Marianne Gracie has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book.

Marianne Gracie Nailed It!!

For years I just thought I was defective because I was so emotional and easily drawn into the drama of other people. While reading this book, I realized I am definitely an Empath. Now my tendancies make total sense. I'll be reading this book over and over until I fully integrate the information and skills into my life.

Great info, tips and tricks for survival

Would you listen to Empath Healing again? Why?

Voice is very masculine and great narrator. Wanna make me listen to it over and over again.

Great general information for anyone on their Empath journey: from people just figuring out this is what they are, to those who have known.
Good reminders of basic things in life for an empath.

Great 1st read regarding Empaths

Good read. Very insightful. It's my first book regarding understanding empaths, why wee attract negative/ energy vampires, and the healing process.

It was a struggle to listen because of the somewhat robotic, unemotional voice. I think I know why it was used. I prefer hearing a real person's voice. However, I am very happy I continued to listen. So much info and aha moments. I will be listening to the next book in the series. Thank you for taking the time to gather much needed information for us HSPs to better understand what, when, where, how, and why we are the way we are and how to heal and protect ourselves. What we are IS a gift. It is scary and confusing, but this book (and others like it) is a great resource to help us better understand ourselves and our needs. This is my 2nd time listening to the book. I'm sure I will listen to it over and over when I need to remind my self to love my self enough to take care of my needs as much as I take care of the ones I love.

Very helpful for all empaths & HSP's

I have known I'm an empath\HSP for a long time but as I have gotten older it's become more difficult to protect myself and create energetic boundaries. This book has come along at a perfect time for me because I was beginning to despise my gift and the overwhelm I would often feel. The many exercises given in this book have helped me to feel hopeful that I will, with practice, be better able to manage being out in the world while protecting my own energy from being drained. Thank You!!

Offers some great tools and ideas

I enjoyed listening to this audio book and recommend it for those who are looking for additional insight and ideas on managing sensitivity and for those who are empathic. The writer provides a compassionate viewpoint of those who drain empaths and I feel like that explanation is needed (too often this negativity is reinforced.) One complaint I had was regarding the narration and she sounded robotic to me (personal opinion) but the content is great. It was a quick listen and I appreciate that aspect as well!

A Sensitive Person’s Essential Guide

This book will literally transform countless lives from frustration, isolation, confusion and depression into peace, compassion and joy... maybe that person will be you. I am not a big fan of the narrators voice as she sounded monotone and robotic however I suspect this may actually help some empaths not get distracted and absorb the material shared with increased ease.

This book definitely clarified many things I suspected all my life... and yet put light and understanding on many things I never understood... such as why I felt drained after parties and how I can feel so energized after doing yoga, walking barefoot or taking a bath. There are so many insights and tips that if you or a loved one identifies with being highly sensitive or empathic you will find relief and direction by listening to this book!
