Just ok

Some helpful tips but I got tired of the plugs after every topic to go to their site or purchase more books. It also needed to say that the dating for introverts is geared to men. I'm surprised so many people like this book. Some helpful info but not what I was hoping for.

PERFECT GUIDE!

I would recommend you to purchase this book only if you are willing to commit yourself to practice these techniques of self-control, discipline and mental silence every single day with enough stamina to last a lifetime.

Summary of multiple books

This is a summary of multiple books. It has bits of information and tips but it is not a full book and does not go in depth. Some of the tips are helpful, so I can’t say it was a waste but it was not what I was looking for. I would skip purchasing this book and purchase a book more in depth on the issue.

Not full book or at least very short

The book doesn’t seem to be the whole books. Just the introduction to each one. I feel like this is just to you to buy all the other books separately. The narrator was good but expected more out of the book. Also seems to repeat parts and not go into detail. A bit of a let down

It really helped me put things into perspective

The content in here made me feel assured that I’m not alone, what I’m feeling is being faced by a lot of them. Lot of action steps to help me! I loved this book

Waste of time

Amateur readers and shallow content. Went through one book, skipped through the 2nd and had it by the 3rd!

Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.

This is a good book for understanding shyness and social anxiety however the method for dealing with certain concepts was shallow and surface level.

Furthermore, most of the content in the compilation of books was repetitive and I found my self thinking he said in the previous chapters.

One positive although repetitive there is very little fluff in this 7 book compilation title. it gets straight to the point, which I appreciated.

Poor content and writing, sexist and incoherent

I actually had to check when these books were written, as I couldn't believe that a book in this time and age could include such sexist statements... Sadly, that is the case...

Not particularly detailed

spends a lot time explaining rather obvious and basic points. some good points though it's just that I felt like I could have guessed half the stuff he says and some points are just too general.
