But the secrets of the Lake of Ruins run deeper than anyone could have anticipated. Even God himself remains silent, leaving Alex to navigate the treacherous waters of Boromour on his own. But he is not without allies.

As he struggles to adapt to his new reality and his growing powers, Leeha and Bridget stand by his side, offering him the support he needs to survive in this dangerous new world. But the price of his power is high, and Alex must push his body and his mind to their limits if he hopes to master his newfound abilities.

The battle ahead is not one of brute strength, but of cunning and skill. And with the fate of Boromour hanging in the balance, Alex must be willing to risk everything to emerge victorious. Can he harness his Chakras and become the ultimate weapon against the forces of evil, or will the cost of his power prove too great to bear? Join Alex on the adventure of a lifetime and find out.

Love the story, and it comes with great characters

This is a real great story! the first episode started real well. left a great cliff hanger and the second episode takes off flawlessly. It's got the harem peice as expected but its not over done. it's along the romantic side. What I call a Guy romance with benefits. Looking forward to number 3. Highly recommend!

different and interesting.

there are a few instances that really don't make sense and the overuse of the phrase "you are so powerful" and "you don't think I'm disgusting" can be a bit mind numbing but overall I really enjoy the story line and how unique this story is. I hope in the next few books those phrases die down a bit.

the voice actors do an amazing job as well and I can't wait to read the next book.

another solid installment

Love the novel and the concept. Listened to it over the weekend as I vegged out doing house chores. The voice acting was superior and the duo worked well together. This book the relationships develop and you get a real feel for the dynamics involved. The power progression moves forward steadily and the voice actors really bring to life the characters dialogue. Well done and highly recommended.

it alright

aside of this books being of Frankenstein's creation it put too much work on info that is not needed and the slow pace it has is kind of annoying

Annoying

I just want to point out it took 18 chapters to go from the elf’s family village to the lake with the demon portal and the remainder of the chapters is them staying there screwing around until the last 2 chapters, they stand in one area for a whole or more chapters talking to themselves or to each other and gain new powers through some dumb way, I like some of the utility he does with his power but his imagination is still limited, another thing is when he calls up multiple projectiles at once like let’s say “Fire:Fire Arrow”, just say “Fire:36 Fire Arrows” not sit there upping the word count by repeating the same spell 36 times, and the choppy narration was okay at first but just got really annoying after awhile, there could’ve been a lot more to this story I mean in your 2 books the MC has been to 8 places in total give or take, and he sits there and complains and his woman or women sit there and comfort him over and over again like he’s a 3 year old it comes off as a super weak character there’s a lot more I cloud say but I’ll leave it at that.

Awesome

I'm tickled to death to have this Rush of competent mc that make his choices and fight strategically. Don't care for the forgiveness/ they get another chance angle, but made up for it in ruthlessness.

the beginning and middle seemed slow. I was worried about a weak plot and lack of characters. but with the way it ended I forgive everything. fantastic tease on a third book that will be fantastic.

Had or has potential

This book would be so much better if the author wasn’t terrible. I’d like to see this story with a better author. Now that would be lit.

Great performance

Again those two do a great job of bringing story to life
Like most book two in series pretty slow and misses the capability of bringing more action into the story creating more then using a fire sword spell and putting it in six times in a row BORING once is more then enough and not needed at all just could have done better
The rest of the story pretty predictable
