I truly enjoy this book !
She did a great job explaining the different process of how to do tintures, essential oils , teas , infusion and many ways to preserve those . Also when is best times to used after storing and where to keep each herb for longer shelf life. This is a great and detail herbalist and medicinal herbal book.

Amazing
I love all the information in this book I can’t believe how listening this book make me feel it gives me a relief I feel home, secure because traditional medicine looks like instead helping it is hurting us
