Publisher's Summary

Life is a completely lawful experience because of the universal laws of reincarnation and karma that draw individuals together. Rather than being some type of unavoidable destiny or a fate about which we can do very little, the Edgar Cayce material instead sees karma as essentially an unconscious reservoir of information stored within the soul's memory. Although this memory may draw certain events and individuals to one another, personal free will and the way in which an individual responds to that memory determines her or his actual life experiences.

Drawing upon contemporary family relationships, as well as family relationships for individuals who received guidance from Edgar Cayce, this insightful volume examines the activities of reincarnation and karma, especially as they play out in the dynamics of family relationships. All individuals are brought together within their respective families as a means of learning specific lessons and having opportunities for personal soul growth. In addition to examining the universal laws of reincarnation and karma, this book illustrates the lawfulness of life, the exacting nature of individual responsibility, and the ever-present hopefulness of personal free will.

In the end, Edgar Cayce on Reincarnation and Family Karma makes an enormous contribution to demonstrating that life is a completely lawful experience, that individuals can overcome whatever "karmic lessons" they seem to be faced with, that free will is completely free, and that God is truly as fair and as loving as we have always wished for our Creator to be.

What I expected

It was narrated well. It's exactly what you think it is. Story lines of past Edgar Cayce stories that revolve around karma, past lives, and reincarnation. Nothing surprising in the stories if you are already a firm believer in past lives and reincarnating within the same soul/energy groups. If you are just learning about reincarnation and karma within family soul groups, this will be interesting to you.

Not bad, but some of Cayce's ideas odd

The author wrote this book well. A fair portion of the content is congruent with NDE stories and the like, so I don't doubt Cayce's validity entirely. Some of Cayce's ideas/revelations just don't sit right with me. For example, why is everyone reincarnated from just a few places (Atlantis, Egypt, etc.?) Why would a child who drowned a witch in a past life decide to come back as a bed wetter?

Full of "aha" moments and relatable insights

This audiobook was both enjoyable and immediately applicable to my own spiritual growth. Highly relevant material. I hope to get my partner to listen. This audiobook has itself justified my audible membership.

More to life

The book opened my mind to the fact that there is so much more to our journey for our soul. We must continue to grow and be one with God. That is our ultimate goal. That is our purpose.

An excellent guidebook to bring you to grace

I enjoy learning from Edgar Cayce's wisdom and experience but struggle with his biblical \Old English style writings. I am extremely pleased with Kevin J. Todeschi's writing, research, and the Cayce readings he selected for this book. I hope that Todeschi has, or will, translate more of Cayce's work so I am able to digest and discover the pathways for my soul's development.
Thank you for making Cayce's work comprehensible for those of us who do not "speak" biblical English!

Best Book I have ever listened to!

I had many of my questions answered as to why we are born into the family we have been and have the siblings we do. All my questions have been answered and then some. I am truly grateful for Kevin Todeschi for writing this book and for Scott Pollak for narrating it.

Very Dissapointing

The introduction was promising but I couldn’t believe anything else when he referenced almost every reincarnation case to have lived in ancient Egypt! This makes the whole book laughable and not as serious as I hoped.
