Publisher's summary

Christianity is not the ability to memorize or recite from books of Scripture or doctrine. It is not magic. It is not a social club, counseling group, or self-help support group. It does not promise that you will be healthy, wealthy, wise, or even happy.

Christianity is a truth - a truth first heard at the beginning of time that has echoed to this present age. A truth so profound that no man can master it, yet even a child can learn it.

Jonathan Fisk introduces his listeners to that truth. He lays it out as simply as a child counts to 10 on his fingers. Yet in training to hear the Echo, the listener will come to understand that the wisdom Fisk imparts is bottomless.

Fisk teaches nothing less than the distilled, unbreakable Christian Echo, the very thing that has radically changed humanity in every nation and tongue in which it has ever been repeated. It is the most astoundingly complete description of what life is and why it is worth living. And it's worth repeating. Again.

Deep Waters… Good Swim Instructor

Very good insight into many aspects of the Christian life. It is a well executed blend of Bunyan’s ‘Pilgrim’s Progress’ and Luther’s ‘Large Catechism’.

The ‘Solid Food’ which comes after the ‘Pure Milk’.

Fresh Catechism Review

A wonderful approach to reviewing the Catechism. Refreshing, familiar, surprising, and gospel driven. Like Fisk's other books, his train of thought can sometimes be a bit "out there" at times, but stick with it, it's worth the read.

A Marvelous Book

I was unsure about his first book Unbroken. but after listening to that book 5 times and getting something new and important from, I expected this book to be great, I just didn't expect it to be awesome!

I love this book so much that it will become Christmas presents for my entire family! I just finished it a few minutes ago and will be starting it again. It is the best money for the audio version, but I also have the paperback as well!

I'm excited to read or hear his 3rd book.
