  • Episode No. 151 Beyond Calories: Exploring Metabolism, Energy Balance, and Weight Loss with Aidan Muir
    Jul 15 2024

We know that human metabolism is very complex but we often hear that weight loss is just about calories in vs calories out, also referred to as cico. While this may be true, nutrition and metabolism is way more complex than that and Aidan has a really great way of highlighting those complexities while still allowing you to understand what’s really important when it comes to energy balance and fat loss. In today’s episode we’ll be diving into the complexities of cico.
